Abby's Lake House is available for rent year round for 2 - 29 nights. At this time we do not offer the house with monthly rates or long term leases. Our rates vary by season. Summer is our Peak Season and is the most expensive time to rent. Summer season is mid-May through mid-September. For the summer season, we accept only full week rental reservations until April 1st. There is a 3-night minimum rental requirement for the summer.
All other seasons have a 2-night minimum rental requirement. Fall and Spring are the most affordable seasons to rent Abby's Lake House. Fall season runs from mid-September through mid-November. Spring season runs from mid-March through mid-May. Winter season is popular with skiers. Rates for winter are slightly higher than Fall and Spring. Winter season is from mid-November through mid-March.
Rates are subject to change until booked. After the signed lease agreement and 1/2 of the rent is received the rate is guaranteed.

1/2 of the rent is due at the time of booking to reserve Abby's Lake House
Remaining balance is due 15 days prior to arrival
Hotel Tax: 6% Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and 3% Susquehanna County
Refundable damage deposit of $250 is due 15 days prior to arrival. Fully refundable within 15 days of departure if the house is left in reasonable condition.

Pets are considered on an individual basis. There is a pet addendum (Download) that must be filled out and signed in addition to the lease agreement. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $25 per pet for 2-3 nights and $50 per pet for 4-7 nights. If you cancel your reservation, the pet fee is returned.
The house is professionally cleaned and aired out after each stay.
Must be age 21 or older to rent Abby's Lake House. Everyone in the party 18 and older must read and sign the lease agreement.
